The Tahoe Dream House sweepstakes is open to residents of many countries outside of the United States, although not all of them. It’s important to note that eligibility varies by experience. Details for each experience can be found in the experience rules under the section entitled, “Stuff Our Lawyers Want You to Read”.
However, the following countries are ineligible to enter: All countries on the United States’ list of embargoed countries (which you can find here), Afghanistan, Australia, Bahamas, Belgium, Belize, Bolivia, the province of Quebec (Canada), Cambodia, Chad, China, Colombia, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Egypt, El Salvador, Germany, Ghana, Guatemala, Guinea, Haiti, Honduras, Iran, Iraq, Italy, Jamaica, Lebanon, Mali, Myanmar, Nicaragua, North Korea, Pakistan, Panama, Peru, Singapore, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Tanzania (the United Republic of), Thailand, Trinidad, and Tobago, Tunisia, Turkey, Uganda, Ukraine, United Kingdom, Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe, and any other country where local laws would prohibit the provision of or entry into an Experience.
Please note, Omaze reserves the right to require the Grand Prize winner to take the Cash Alternative, if the Grand Prize winner is not both a US citizen and a resident of the United States.
