Whether you received entries as a thank you with a donation or obtained them through the Alternative Method of Entry, all entries will be displayed on your Profile page under the “Your Experiences” section. Entries can take up to 24 hours to be displayed on this page so if they don’t show up immediately, check back in a little bit and they should be listed!
Please note, promo code entries will appear in your account at the same time as the entries associated with your main submission. If you don’t see your promo code entries added, please contact our Customer Experience Team at weloveyou@omaze.com.
Don’t worry, we never draw a potential winner until all entries have been accounted for and processed. If, for whatever reason, your entries don’t appear after 24 hours, please reach out to our Customer Experience Team at the addresses listed above and they’ll be more than happy to assist you!
