We're so sorry to hear about the issue! If you haven't yet completed the account activation process, you will want to select "Create account" from the login page. If you have donated to Omaze previously but haven't logged in since May of 2019, please note that you will need to go through the account activation process in our updated system!
Once you've done so, you'll receive a link via email that will allow you to complete the account activation process. The subject line of this email will be "Finish setting up your Omaze account!". If you aren't seeing this message in your inbox, please check your spam and/or promotional folders to ensure that your email server didn't mistakenly mark the message as "junk".
Please note that our login process is case sensitive and requires that all of the letters in an email address be entered as lowercase when you are logging in. We would also recommend clearing your cache and cookies before using the link.
