We're so sorry to hear about the issue! Your donations and entries have been automatically saved in account under the email with which they are made, so you’ll want to be sure that you’re using the same email to login that you used to make your submission(s). If you’ve donated using a third party payment processor like Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Google Pay or PayPal, their system may have autofilled the email address associated with your account with the applicable third party payment processor into your Omaze donation.
If you haven't yet completed the account activation process, you will want to select the "Sign Up" option from the login page. Once you've filled in your email address and the password you wish to use, hit the pink “Sign Up” button. You'll receive a link via email that will allow you to complete the account activation process. The subject line of this email will be "Verify your email for Omaze". The link will be valid for 24 hours.
If you aren't seeing this message in your inbox, please check your spam and/or promotional folders to ensure that your email server didn't mistakenly mark the message as "junk". We would also recommend clearing your cache and cookies before using the link.
Please note, you’ll need to complete the account activation process before you’ll be able to use the password reset function. If you’ve requested a password reset and aren’t seeing a link in your inbox or spam folders, you may need to complete the account activation process for the email in question.
If for some reason the steps above do not resolve the issue with your login or if you have any further questions, please email our CX Team at weloveyou@omaze.com!
