We're so sorry to hear about the issue! Your donations and entries (both those received as a gift with donation and/or from entering via the alternative method of entry) will be automatically saved in account under the email with which they are made, so you’ll want to be sure that you’re using the same email to login that you used to make your submission. Please note that if you choose to donate using a third party payment processor like Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Google Pay or PayPal, that their system may autofill a different email address than you typically use with Omaze into your donation.
If you haven't yet completed the account activation process, you will want to select the "Sign Up" option from the login page. If you've donated to Omaze previously but haven't logged in since May of 2019, please note that you'll need to go through the account activation process in our updated system!
Once you've filled in your email address and the password you wish to use, hit the pink “Sign Up” button. You'll receive a link via email that will allow you to complete the account activation process. The subject line of this email will be "Verify your email for Omaze". The link will be valid for 24 hours.
If you aren't seeing this message in your inbox, please check your spam and/or promotional folders to ensure that your email server didn't mistakenly mark the message as "junk". We would also recommend clearing your cache and cookies before using the link.
